What to expect after ordering.
Order and address checks
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Check the delivery address at checkout and contact customer care immediately if you notice an error.
Tracking and receipt
Delivery is estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Exceptional carrier or customs delays can affect the estimate.

For eligible online orders, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to exercise the statutory right to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Review the item carefully but handle it only as you reasonably would in a shop.
Changed your mind?
Contact customer care through the Contact page before returning anything. The item must be returned safely with the listed packaging and inclusions. Unless it is faulty, not as described or otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct return cost. A refund may be reduced for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning.
An eligible cancellation refund is issued within 14 days after Lost Designer receives the returned item or satisfactory evidence it was sent, whichever is earlier. If delivery was charged, the refund includes the least expensive standard delivery option offered; any premium-service uplift is not refundable beyond that standard amount.
Item faulty or not as described
Contact customer care promptly with your order number and clear photographs or video. These cancellation terms do not limit remedies for goods that are faulty, materially not as described or otherwise fail to meet mandatory UK consumer protections. Pre-owned status does not remove those rights.
Authenticity concerns
Lost Designer's lifetime authenticity guarantee applies to every purchase. If an item is proven inauthentic by a recognised independent authenticator, contact customer care so a full-refund remedy can be arranged, including return shipping.
